Digg is f***ing up big time.

Your rating: None Average: 5 (3 votes)

I am a pretty frequent of social news website Digg.com. However, as of recent many "Diggers" have been banned from the website. A list of the top 5000 users to be banned was posted by SocialBlade, which make users even more angry, because several of them stopped using the scripts, which were tools used to make them be able to digg more stories faster, immediately after digg had their fit about it.One conspiracy theory names their chase to value their site at 300 million as the source of the recent bannings.

DDigg Home Pageigg super-user Badwithcomputer responds the bannings:

" this makes me sadwithcomputer. i can understand why the digg team needs to be vigilant about scripts and general abuse on the site but i don't understand why the users in the community at large seem so out for blood lately to the point of leaving hateful and angry comments and just demanding bans for no good reason. "

There also has been an uprising to ban the "number 1" digger, MrBabyMan. Opponents argue that Mr Baby Man submits too many stories, and frequently re-posts stuff that other users have posted. I disagree that he should be banned for his actions, but I believe he shouldn't be resubmitting content.

My digg account is a http://digg.com/users/laaabaseball, but I dont submit that much content, because it never gets anywhere.

Digg is screwing up the love from their community. They just don't get it! DIGG: FIX THIS!

Beer review comments rant

Your rating: None Average: 5 (2 votes)

It seems that some people just like to leave rude comments on people's Youtube videos. NUKE has had some harsh comments coming from some people who tell him that his beer reviews are wrong. If you think you're such an expert, do your own damn beer reviews. NUKE is a regular, average guy who enjoys drinking beers. He never claimed to be an expert, nor will he ever claim to be. So what that he doesn't use the "proper" glass, or use the expert speak when he's describing the beers. He's using terminology that he is used to, what he tastes in the beers to the best of his ability. Again, if you so-called "experts" want to do your own reviews, then do them. NUKE is doing an "average Joe's" type of review, for those who don't know or want to know the "weight" and such of the beer. If you like his beer review videos, then feel free to keep watching, if you dont like them, just ignore them.
